TSM VA has an executive group (staff) responsible for all virtual airline processes and its general administration.
The staff is structured as follows: each director has a team with specific responsibilities.
TSM VA’s primary language is Spanish, as we are a Mexican virtual airline.
We will operate flights to different countries with different languages. Therefore, a basic knowledge of English is required, as international aeronautics has selected this language as the universal language for operations in countries where the airline’s original language is not spoken.
Maintain respect for others; photos, videos, and comments that affect others are not permitted.
Offensive language is not permitted.
The internal dissemination or disclosure of any information about the virtual airline is strictly prohibited, as it is exclusively for registered pilots.
Our privacy policy establishes the terms TSM VA uses to protect the information provided by pilots when using the application. TSM VA is committed to the security of each pilot’s data when asked to fill out personal information fields, as established in the privacy policy.

– IVAO VID number.
– Date of birth.
Any pilot, regardless of country or nationality, has the right to access and/or delete all of the aforementioned data by sending a formal request to contacto@tsmva.net addressed to the Administrative Director. The Director will respond to your request within no more than 20 business days and provide proof of the requested deletion.
TSMVA may send emails or messages to each of its active pilots with information about chart updates, databases, events, and information deemed relevant to provide better service.

Information obtained related to the name will not be published. Last names, email addresses, or any other personal information about the virtual pilot will not be published.
These restrictions only apply to public access to the website. Once pilots log in, those restrictions disappear.
